Brockwell Events 2024 - Project 9, City Splash, Wide Awake and Mighty Hoopla

I was approached by Enteetainment to help manage and run a VJ team for a series of festivals at Brockwell park; Project 9, City Splash, Wide Awake and Mighty Hoopla.

I sourced and organised 4 technicians to run each stage, receiving and organising all artist and festival content and supplying each VJ with the required content and instruction.

To keep things fresh over each festival, we were supplied branded content from festivals in the form of short mixable loops, allowing the VJs to maintain a brand aesthetic and adapt to the wide variety of music that could be performed throughout a day.

Working alongside Tom Walsh from Creative Technologies we were able to co-ordinate our respective teams to fulfil any and all requirements necessary.

As we got more comfortable with the set up on site newer concepts were introduced like adding Notch IMAG looks to the main stage for certain artists, as well as ingesting live drone footage and also applying effects to it also.

The feedback and response from the respective festival teams was immensely positive and all were grateful for the individual attention they had received when any questions or concerns were raised.
